Returns Policy
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on food items. This policy ensures that all products remain fresh and safe for our customers.
If you have concerns about your order or believe it to be defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@oatcult.com within 15 days of receiving your order so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Damages and Issues
We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective.
- The item is damaged.
- You received the wrong item.
We will work with you to resolve any issues promptly. Please provide a clear photo of the issue and proof of purchase when contacting us.
Exceptions and EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. However, this does not apply to:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food items).
- Custom products (e.g., personalised items).
- Sale items or gift cards.
To qualify under this policy, items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
