Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Estimated delivery times:
- UK Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
- UK Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
- International Shipping: 7-14 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier services and external factors.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select countries. If your country is not listed during checkout, please contact us at hello@oatcult.com for assistance.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply upon delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to check the status of your delivery.
Shipping Issues
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at hello@oatcult.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address or failure to collect the package, we may charge an additional fee to re-ship the item. Refunds will not be issued for undeliverable packages.
